About
I'm a Provisions, Faults & Engineer Apprentice at Mainstream Digital, where I work across the full lifecycle of telecoms and broadband delivery. From provisioning new circuits and diagnosing complex faults to supporting field engineering operations, I help ensure reliable connectivity for homes and businesses.
My speciality lies in Telecoms & Broadband infrastructure. Day to day, I work with FTTP, FTTC, and copper-based services, coordinating with carriers such as Openreach and managing service delivery from order to activation. I thrive on solving technical problems and getting services up and running smoothly.
I'm passionate about the telecoms industry and committed to building a long-term career in network engineering. I'm continuously developing my skills across provisioning systems, fault diagnostics, and customer service delivery.
